I copied resource* from the previous ingestions. I guess they don't get reingested? Eh. Subject: Re: [EXTERNAL] problem - registry not updated for o-rex From: Carol Neese Date: Thu, 27 May 2021 10:57:21 -0700 To: "Chen, Richard L (US 398N)" Monday would be great if you can manage it. Thanks for doing this on such short notice. About ingesting new versions, I have been pinging you each time by asking whether it is ingested yet and you say yes. Probably we didn't mean the same thing by ingested. With the archive navigator we need the current version to be in the registry. Once we switch over to the Archive Navigator, the data won't appear on our web pages and be released to the public until it is ingested into the registry. So the new procedure is that I will send you the links to the bundles to ingest them into the registry, then once the Archive Navigator has picked them up and we confirm that all looks ok, I'll send you the release date and release information for the announcement. Sound ok? Carol > On May 27, 2021, at 10:49 AM, Chen, Richard L (US 398N) wrote: > > Hi, Carol, I'll start now. A very good case would be two calendar days from now. Sorry to put more on you, but it'll probably be safer if you ping me as well. However, we just discovered that the versions of the O-Rex bundles in the registry are behind those that are archived and released. Since the Archive Navigator populates the pages automatically from the registry, this causes a problem. How > long would it take you to get the currently archived versions ingested? We are a bit under the gun because we have to get the Archive Navigator released for the Senior Review proposal. > > > Here's what needs to be updated.
