Hi, Carol, I modified some files to allow ingestion and not introduce
funny info into the database. I can halt the ingestion if you'd like.

bundle_gbo.ast.catalina.survey_v1.0.xml
- In PDS4_PDS_1B00, Observing_System/Observing_System_Component/type = Host
is illegal.  I changed Host to Facility in 6 places
- Bundle_Member :miscellaneous is missing. I added it.

collection*.xml
- I changed the lid_references to the investigation to
  urn:nasa:pds:context:investigation:individual.catalina_sky_survey
because the Product_Observational labels use it. On your web site,
collection_miscellaneous_v11.0.xml has that lid_reference already,
but the other collection*.xml have
  urn:nasa:pds:context:investigation:none
which incidentally is wrong since immediately after "investigation:" is
a type, e.g. individual or mission, not none. This would have been ok:
  urn:nasa:pds:context:investigation:individual.none
- Please send me a context product for .catalina_sky_survey

collection_calibration_v11.0.xml
- I changed
  <file_name>collection_inventory_data_calibration_v11.0.csv</...>
to
  <file_name>collection_inventory_calibration_v11.0.csv</...>

collection_data_partially_processed_v11.0.xml
- I changed
  <file_name>collection_inventory_data_reduced_v11.0.csv</...>
to
  <file_name>collection_inventory_data_partially_processed_v11.0.csv</...>
