New Horizons Pluto Energetic Particle Spectrometer Science Investigation 
(PEPSSI) Data Archive Bundle

This bundle contains the following collections:

New Horizons PEPSSI raw data collections, one for each mission phase.  In 
general these will contain a set of raw event rate and Pulse Height Analysis 
(PHA) tables in the .FIT format from the PEPSSI instrument.

New Horizons PEPSSI calibrated data collections, one for each mission phase.  
In general these will contain calibrated rate-weighted 2-D histograms of 
Pulse Height Analysis (PHA) data, quick-look spectrograms, flux tables, and 
PHA event data in the .FIT format from the PEPSSI instrument.

Reference Files Used in Calibrating Data from the New Horizons PEPSSI 
Instrument contains a cumulative set of ancillary files used in calibrating 
the data sets delivered by the PEPSSI instrument over the course of the New 
Horizons primary and extended missions.

This bundle was created by the Small Bodies Node (SBN) of the Planetary Data 
System (PDS) as part of migration from PDS3 to PDS4.  The data collections 
from the prime mission and KEM1 extended mission found in this bundle were 
originally migrated from PDS3 datasets produced by the New Horizons SOC.  All 
other extended mission data is produced by the New Horizons SOC using the 
PDS4 standards.
