Deflected Electron measurements made using special logic of the
LEMS30 detector system.

The data are stored as 2 ASCII tables (*.TAB).  Each data file has a PDS 
label file (*.LBL) which describes some of the physical properties of the 
data.  There is a single format file (HISCALE.FMT) which describes the columns
of the data files. The file DATASET.TXT provides a textual description of the 
data including caveats regarding the data usage and reliability.

Note that the Ulysses Jupiter Encounter is defined as days 033-047, 1992 for  
this dataset rather than days 025-048 as typical of other datasets.
