This directory contains Voyager 1 LECP 15 minute averaged average particle
average flux data. These data were recorded during the Voyager 1 Jupiter
encounter and cover the time period 1979-02-28T00:07:29 to
1979-03-23T23:52:13.

The data are stored in a single ASCII table (T790228.TAB) which is named for
the day on which the interval covered begins. File naming follows the
convention Tyymmdd where yy = the last two digits of the year (79 for 1979),
mm = month of the year, and dd = day of month. The data file is accompanied
by a PDS label file (T790228.LBL) which describes the properties of the data
file. There is a single format file (LECPDATA.FMT) which describes the data
file's columns. The file DATASET.TXT contains a more detailed description of
data set contents.
