  Software Overview

    This software is designed to plot PDS Version 3.2 labeled data files
    on IBM/Windows95 and IBM/WindowsNT platforms. The file SPLASH.HLP
    provides on-line help for SPLASH.EXE, the Splash executable. The .DLL
    files are dynamically-linked library files also used by Splash. This
    software was developed at the Institute of Geophysics and Planetary
    Physics at UCLA.
