NAME Asteroid Lightcurve Database (LCDB) V4.0
TYPE Archive
DESCRIPTION The asteroid lightcurve database (LCDB) is one of the more widely-used research tools for those doing research that compares and contrasts physical characteristics of asteroid spin axis rates, sizes, pole orientations, and/or taxonomic class - among others. The v4.0 release includes lightcurve photometry results for 34967 targets. Each object has one to several dozen detail records that contain results obtained by reviewing the literature.
