This collection contains one or more versions of the DSN RSC-11-9 Software Interface Specification (SIS) used for delivering open loop data to science investigators in the 1980s. An example data file and two documents explaining extraction of values from a binary file are included in the collection.
This Collection contains one or more versions of the RSC-11-9 document. The collection was added to the Radio Science Documentation bundle in 2024. A paper copy of the document was scanned; then the PDF was compressed and converted to PDF/A-1b using Adobe Acrobat Pro DC. An example data file and two documents explaining extraction of values from a binary file were included in the collection.
