NAME The Comet Nucleus Sounding Experiment by Radiowave Transmission (CONSERT) for the Rosetta Philae Lander

DESCRIPTION The CONSERT experiment was designed to obtain tomography of the comet nucleus through instruments mounted both on the Philae lander and on the orbiter. The CONSERT system would have acted as a time domain transponder betweed one module on the lander and another on the orbiter.
