NAME Terahertz Far-Infrared Beamline at the Australian Synchrotron Facility

DESCRIPTION The facility offers edge and bending magnet radiation from the second sector's dipole, covering an energy range of 0.4 µm to 100 µm. It provides a mid-IR resolution of 0.2 cm^-1 and a far-IR resolution of 0.001 cm^-1. The nominal beam size at the sample varies from 8 x 8 µm to 3 x 3 µm.
