| DESCRIPTION |
The Orion spacecraft (named Integrity by the Artemis II crew) is NASA's deep-space vehicle designed to carry and support up to four astronauts as part of the Artemis program's return to the Moon. The spacecraft consists of the U.S. Crew Module and European Service Module, together equipped with life support systems, radiation protection, heat shield, propulsion system with 33 engines, and deep space communications and navigation.
