| DESCRIPTION |
The LICIACube was a six-unit cubesat (measuring 10cm x 20m x 30cm) with two light solar arrays, autonomous attitude control; an propulsion system, and two cameras in its scientific payload. It road along on the DART spacecraft to the encounter with the (65803) Didymos system, separating 15 days before impact in order to observe the collision and send images back to Earth. The LICIACube was designed and manufactured in Italy.
