Data Set Abstract This dataset contains RESAMPLED DATA (CODMAC LEVEL 4) of the MARSSWINGBY (MSB)of the ROSETTA orbiter magnetometer RPCMAG.The covered time period is August 29, 2006 until May 22, 2007.On August 29, 2006 the Passive Checkout PC3 was executed. In November andDecember 2006 the Passive Checkout PC4 took place. The actual Mars Swingbyhappened between February 23 and February 27, 2007 with the Closest Approachon February 25, 2007 at 01:58 UTC. On May 22, 2007 the Passive Checkout PC5was executed.The current version of the dataset is V9.0.The difference to the datasets of earlier versions is mainly a significantlyimproved sensor temperature model, more detailed documentation about magneticdisturbance sources, more data handling information for the user andalso an improved quality flagging system.
