Data Set Overview :  This data set is intended to include published broadband colors of centaurs and Transneptunian Objects (TNOs) published through December 2005.  Data :  Data were collected from the published literature and include Johnson-Kron-Cousins color indices and one-sigma uncertainty values for 203 objects. Many objects have data reported by several groups. Details of the observations and data reduction are to be found in the individual papers.  Archiving History :  The TNO colors data set, EAR-A-3-RDR-TNO-PHOT, was first introduced in 2000 and was updated annually since then. At the 2004 review, a data set compiling colors of Centaurs was also introduced, and it was decided to combine the two to make a new data set. A column was added to the data table to indicate whether the object is a TNO or a Centaur. Note that scattered disk objects are marked as TNOs, not as Centaurs. This data set supersedes all the versions of the TNO colors data set, EAR-A-3-RDR-TNO-PHOT.
