Data Set Overview : Version 1.0 of this data set includes Data Release 1 of the Sloan Digital Sky Survey (SDSS), including astrometric and photometric data for 58117 moving objects from 87 observing runs through Dec. 15th, 2001. The catalog includes various identification parameters, SDSS astrometric measurements (five SDSS magnitudes and their errors), and orbital elements for previously cataloged asteroids.  An ancillary table lists the observing runs from which data are included in this data release, along with the dates of observation and information about the the sky coverage of each run. A file containing the Sloan filter response curves is also included.
