Data Set Overview : This dataset includes open- and closed-loop data from the Giotto Radio Experiment (GRE) during the time range +/- 3 minutes around close approach. In both cases the data were received by station 63 in Madrid. Parameters : There are two files in this set. The closed-loop file contains dopplercount and X-band frequency information vs time. The open-loop file lists frequency and signal information vs time. The times listed in the file are ground-received times in UTC of the end of the measurement. Data : There are two separate data files: gemgrecl Closed-loop data gemgreol Open-loop data
