Data Set Overview : This data set contains combined and correlated results from the Johnstone Particle Analyser (JPA) and magnetometer experiments flown aboard the Giotto spacecraft during its extended mision to fly by comet P/Grigg-Skjellerup.   Parameters :  There are two data files in this set:  jpamg_sc provides results in the spacecraft frame of reference. This file lists time, proton density velocity and temperature, and magnetic field values, with additional related parameters.  jpamgcse provides results in the comet-Sun-ecliptic frame. This file lists time and position, proton velocity, electric and magnetic field vectors, and drift velocity (ExB).  Processing : The files were received as ASCII table from the project team. SBN personal performed cosmetic reformatting (removing extra blanks) and prepared the PDS documentation. No changes were made to the data values after receipt.  Media/Format : These data are included in the GEM CDROM disk prepared by the PDS Small Bodies Node.
