Data Set Overview : This data set contains filter set parameters for all IR filters referenced in any of the data sets archived by the International Halley Watch (IHW) Infrared Studies Network (IRSN).  Filter curves and parameters were specifically requested for all filters used by IRSN observers. Two types of data were collected for this data set: actual filter curves for individual filters, and information about filter sets at each contributing observatory. This information is reference in the other IHW IRSN data sets by filter set number and name in either the labels and FITS headers, or in the individual data records themselves.  Modification History : As part of the IHW restoration project, the filter set tables underwent major reformatting, but no data were changed. The filter set information, submitted as separate FITS ASCII table files for each observatory, was combined into three separate files to preserve all the information originally contained in the FITS headers:  1. The filter set table contains the combined records from the separate FITS table files; 2. The header table contains parameters extracted from the FITS headers, including observing system information; and 3. The reference table contains the citations from the FITS headers referenced in a short form in the header table.  08 May 2006, A.C.Raugh
