Data Set Overview:This data set presents the photometry of comet 1P/Halleycollected by the International Halley Watch (IHW) InfraredStudies Network (IRSN) over the period September 1984 toApril 1988. Nearly all files contain magnitude measurements,although two files of flux measurements are also included.Version 2 includes data submitted as addenda after theinitial archive generation. The data have undergone substantial reformatting forVersion 2, but none of the original data bytes havebeen changed. Format changes include: o Incorporating all information from the FITS headers into the newly generated PDS labels. o Calculating accurate START_TIME and STOP_TIME values, where sufficient information was available. o Converting all data files from FITS ASCII tables to standard flat ASCII tables (i.e., with carriage control) with separate FITS headers. o Locating and separating the two flux observations from the rest of the magnitude files. o Subdividing the directory containing the magnitude files into subdirectories by month of observation. o Adding three tables of data (47 observations total) submitted as addenda to the original archive (and archived with the PDS as data set EAR-C-IRPHOT-2-RDR-HALLEY-ADDENDA-V1.0) to the data/ collection in the addenda/ subdirectory.
