DATA_SET_DESCRIPTION This data set contains ancillary information for the Rosetta Lander, namely trajectory, attitude, position and Sun directions. The data were generated by the CNES/SONC-FD team. The data concern three different phases of the Philae mission 1) SDL (Separation Descent Landing), the descent ranging from the release of Philae to the first touchdown 2) RBD (Rebounds), the rebound ranging from first touchdown to final landing. 3) FSS (First Science Sequence), the rest on the final landing site. To generate this data set the data of the following instruments have been used: CONSERT, ROMAP, ROLIS, RSI and OSIRIS. The Lander trajectory, sun direction are provided by SONC FD team using RMOC (comet ephemeris an rotation) data, gravity model from GRGS (Groupe de Recherche de Geodesie Spatiale), shape models from OSIRIS. The Lander attitude is derived from ROMAP data. All files are .ROS or .TXT files.

ABSTRACT_TEXT This archive contains ancillary data for the comet phase of the ROSETTA Lander. It contains information on the trajectory, attitude, position of the Lander and on the Sun directions. The data has been taken around the time of the landing on 67P. The data set has been created from the CONSERT, ROLIS, ROMAP, RSI and OSIRIS data. The data archived in this data set conform to the Planetary Data System (PDS) Standards, Version 3.6.
