Data Set Overview
=================
This data set contains calibrated data from the PHC (Post Hibernation
Commissioning) Mission Phase.

Data
====
Both data, scientific (Mass spectra) and housekeeping, are collected in this
data set. They referred to CODMAC Level 3.

Processing
==========
Only CODMAC Level 3 data are present in this data set. The calibration process
is described in PTOLEMY_CALIBRATION_DESC.ASC located in the DOCUMENT
directory.

Coordinate System
=================
The geometry items SC_SUN_POSITION_VECTOR, SC_TARGET_POSITION_VECTOR
and SC_TARGET_VELOCITY_VECTOR provided in the label of the data
product are relative to the Earth Mean Equator and Equinox reference
frame of J2000.
SUB_SPACECRAFT_LATITUDE, SUB_SPACECRAFT_LONGITUDE are given in the
PLANETOCENTRIC coordinate system. These parameters are computed at
time t=START_TIME. Distances are given in km, angles in degrees.
Although main target for this data set is defined as calibration the values
are given related to comet CG/67P as an information on the location of the
future mission phases target.

Data confidence is nominal, meaning that
                            all data have been validated by the
                            scientific team and found as expected.
                            Any exceptions are noted by the
                            DATA_QUALITY_ID. Moreover the data set
                            underwent a successful external review
