Dr. Oyama. It contained the following description:

(SCET: Spacecraft Event Time
= ERT - 24 min )
V: Vsw (km/s) N:density (1/cc)
T1, T2:eigenvalues of 2D pressure tensor (deg)
An abrupt change in the flow velocity was recorded between
14:43 and 14:49 UT on 8 March, 1986. The other parameters
show this change. Note that the flow angles can be
inferred from the eignevalues of the 2-d pressure tensor.
