Data Set Overview
      =================
      This data set contains Ulysses Energetic Particle Composition
      Experiment (EPAC) 1 hour averaged omni-directional electron
      flux data from the Ulysses Jupiter encounter 1992-Jan-25 to
      1992-Feb-28. These data were recorded by Electrons Low Spin
      Averages Telescopes (ELTL) 1-4, Electrons High Spin Averages
      Telescopes (EHTL) 1-4, and Event-Rate Low, Medium, and High
      Omni-directional Channels (ERL/ERM/ERH).

      Data
      ====
      The file names for ULYSSES-KEP Experiment data files are:

       Tyydoy.TAB

      These are ASCII files. The data entries in the files are always
      single precision float values containing one hour averages in

        Flux / (s cm^2 sr)

      starting at midnight for each day. The corresponding times are
      integers indicating start of average. The entries are separated
      by blanks. Then the total length of the ASCII records are: 168
      Bytes with 24 records per file. Bad or absent data are flagged
      with -9.99999e+10.

      The data entries include:

        ELTL{1-4}    Electrons Low (100-380 keV) Spin Averages
                     Telescopes 1-4
        EHTL{1-4}    Electrons High (E > 180 keV) Spin Averages
                     Telescopes 1-4
        ERL/ERM/ERH  Event-Rate Low, Medium and High Omni-directional
                     Channels

      The record structure is as follows:

      1 character string (24 Bytes) with the format

             yyyy-mm-ddThh:mm:ss.sssZ
               yyyy = year
               mm   = month
               dd   = day
               hh   = hours
               mm   = minutes
               ss.sss   = seconds


      11 reals (13 Bytes, e.g. -1.23456E+03) for
