Data Set Overview

      This data set contains Ulysses Energetic Particle Composition
      Experiment (EPAC) 1 hour averaged sectored proton flux data
      from the Ulysses Jupiter encounter 1992-Jan-25 to 1992-Feb-28.
      These data were recorded by Proton Spectral Telescope 1
      (PSTL1).

      Data
      ====
      The file names for ULYSSES-KEP Experiment data files are:

       Tyydoy.TAB

      These are ASCII files. The data entries in the files are always
      single precision float values containing one hour averages in

        Flux / (s cm^2 sr)

      starting at midnight for each day. The corresponding times are
      integers indicating start of average. The entries are separated
      by blanks. Then the total length of the ASCII records are: 858
      Bytes with 24 records per file. Bad or absent data are flagged
      with -9.99999e+10.

      The data entries include:

               ss.sss   = seconds

      64 reals (13 Bytes, e.g. -1.23456E+03) for

             PSTL1 (8 channels with 8 sectors;
                CH1SE1, CH1SE2, ..., CH2SE1, ...)
