This dataset contains daily averages of Voyager 2 data.The columns are:1. decimal year2. day3. V2-Sun-Earth angle4. V2 heliolatitude5. Earth heliolatitude6. V2 heliolongitude7. Earth heliolongitude8. W (thermal speed, km/s, fit) T(ev)=0.0052*W*W These are best values to use15. R (AU, distance from Sun)Sometimes either the low density or noise causesthe standard V2 analysis to fail. In these caseswe have looked carefully at the spectra, at spectrograms,averaged data, looked at lower energy resolution L-modedata, and done anything possible to determine reasonableplasma parameters. In some cases, when we use L mode data,we have had to fix the thermal speed of the plasma based onprevious and subsequent observed values. In all these caseswe assume the flow is purely radial. The daily averages labeled'augmented' have these values added; the other daily averages haveonly values from our standard analysis. The data formatsare identical.
