This is the data collection for the gaskell.mimas.shape-model bundle. The shape model of Mimas derived by Robert Gaskell from Cassini ISSNA and ISSWA images and Voyager 1 ISSN images. The model is provided in the implicitly connected quadrilateral (ICQ) format. This version of the model was prepared on June 26, 2012. Vertex-facet versions of the models are also provided. -

Small Body Optical Shape Models V1.0
The Small Body Shape Models data set contains the Peter Thomas shape models for small solar system bodies, as well as image mosaics constructed from these models. These shape models are based upon optical data from a variety of spacecraft instruments, including the Galileo SSI, NEAR MSI, Viking orbiter, Voyager 1 & 2, and the Hubble Space Telescope. The data has been published in a variety of publications between 1984 and 1999. -

This collection, included in document_io, consists of 292 digitized 35mm slides primarily of Io, Galilean Satellite of Jupiter, and other related bodies. Slides are divided into two databases, diagrams and photos, but are inventoried as a single collection. Information about each photograph, including location, description, and mission, are in the document_database in io_diagram_database.pdf and io_photo_database.pdf. The photographs and documentation are from the Dr. Ronald Greeley archive at the Arizona State University Ronald Greeley Center for Planetary Studies, Tempe, Arizona. -
